The Institute for Studies on Diabetes – Center for Diabetes Care (ISD-CDC) Network is a nationwide network of diabetes clinics, also functioning as an accrediting body of the ISDF (Institute for Studies of Diabetes Foundation), that is the result of an on-going collaboration among its graduates to advance diabetes care and promote research among its affiliates.

Conceptualized in 2006 and borne out of the vision of the ISDF, it manages in tying together the knots of quality, service, and research to enable healthcare professionals to deliver excellent and humane diabetes care. The CDC thrives to make a difference in uplifting the lives of patients suffering from diabetes.

2. To sustain excellent and humane diabetes care and education

4. Provide value-added benefits to patient-members and cushion healthcare maintenance cost (value card)
